"New Beginings"

One must understand where you are to realize where you are going.

Part of life is being on an emotional roller coaster with seas of forgotten memories and lost emotions.

But as for me I shall have high hopes and aspirations, on more broken promises hardache and heart breaks.

Forget all the old and start anew, a new life, a new mind set, new hopes and dreams a new way of thinking, to have life means to live and to live means to go far beyond that which you have gone before.

And with the strength of a man I will keep on going, for I have never felt an immeasurable love until I felt yours.

You keep me captivated with your words of wisdom and all that you are.

Some ask how can I day after day still care.

When trials come, even after the dawn of day brake still I’ll be in love with you.

No cup of water no fire hose with the force of a title wave or monsoon as violent as a earth quake, on hurricane, tornado, not even if you put me in the center of the arctic ocean submerge me in water 40 degrees below zero with 20 feet of ice above, you still could not put out my fire that burns endless, as intense as the core of the sun with infinite measures unlimited pleasures and endless possibilities.

That’s when I knew I have found the one, the one that will love me no matter what.

I am yours, dwell in me and I in you, forever.

"Life's Journey"

Sometimes life’s journey comes to an abrupt end.

It has and will happen to many others.

But for me it was Stanley , though at times I wish it was me,

If it didn’t happen then it wasn’t meant to be,

I wonder if I die how many will remember me,

I’m not about to waste my life drinking liqueur and getting high.

I recognize the gift now it is all up to me.

I must stand firmly letting nothing move me

Always giving myself to my G-O- D,

To all his works fully.

I must try not to do it in vain, for me.

There are many thoughts coursing through my mind all at once making me weary.

I will set myself in position.

For every setback is a setup for a comeback.

Sometimes we have to take a step back in order to take a step forward.

The feeling of abandonment, to go through life’s journey along is scary.

If only, I can start my way from the end work my way to the beginning, then start there.

If only I had the time,

But time is like a wisk of the wind it comes and it goes just as quick as it blows.

So I urge you,

Stand still position yourself and see the salvation of the Lord .

"Immeasurable"

I have climbed mountains, holding on for dear life almost slipping off loosing my grip with fear of falling to my death.

I have been deep sea diving, exploring the ocean blues, swimming to escape sharks and schools of jellyfish, being up close with more species that some never see their whole entire life.

I have flown and jumped out of air planes and landed in the desert, rode the backs of camels and explored king tut's tumb, discover that there were color on the sphinx and broke bread in the in the temple of God, and even quite the raging storm with one word.

I have made friends with many and taught some,

Done pushups with the strongest 12000 to be exact, and help make the best songs in the world never to be heard.

I have shed a thousand tears without a drop of moisture in my eyes,

I’ve help perform heart surgery with very little knowledge,

I’ve seen pimps turn to priest; the proud become humble,

I’ve heard a man’s every other word of profanity turn to profound words of wisdom and knowledge.

I could go on and on but even though I’ve done, seen, and heard all these things and more,

I have not left my bed

I’ve done all this In one place, a place where there is no limit, no boundaries a place were I can be a king or a dragon,

A place were I can fly or drive the worlds fastest car,

Some never reach this place but I have been there and back many times,

I call this place the outer limits, the outer limits of my mind.

The ability to dream to imagine

So as I close my eyes I hear a voice say

(799836) Reginald Gittens bag and bag it, now it’s my time to go.

"Survivor"

The only survivor of a shipwreck was washed up on a small, uninhabited
island. He prayed feverishly for GOD to rescue him, and every day he
scanned the horizon for help, but none seemed forthcoming. Exhausted, he
eventually managed to build a little hut out of driftwood to protect
himself from the elements, and to store his few possessions.

One day, after scavenging for food, he arrived home to find his little hut
in flames, with smoke
rolling up to the sky. The worst had happened, and everything was lost. He
was stunned with
disbelief, grief, and anger. "GOD, how could you do this to me?" he cried.

Early the next day he was awakened by the sound of a ship that was
approaching the island. It had come to rescue him. How did you know I was
here?" Asked the weary man of his rescuers. "We saw your smoke signal,"
they replied.

It's easy to get discouraged when things are going bad, but we shouldn't
lose heart, because GOD is at work in our lives, even in the midst of pain,
and suffering. Remember that, the next time your little hut seems to be
burning to the ground! It just may be a smoke signal that summons the
grace of GOD.

You may want to consider passing this on, because you never know who feels
like their hut is on fire today.
